On the buzzer, turn and engage target with 2 rounds, reload, and with at least one knee touching ground engage target with 2 more rounds.
Alternate between hands at sides and surrender.
This drill emphasizes fast target acquisition after a turn, efficient reloads, and transitioning to a kneeling position for accurate follow-up shots. Start by facing uprange, alternating between hands at sides and surrender position for each run. On the buzzer, turn and quickly engage the target with two rounds. Perform a reload, then transition to a kneeling position (with at least one knee touching the ground), and engage the target again with two more rounds. This drill improves your ability to shoot while moving between positions, as well as your reload and accuracy under dynamic conditions.
