Begin at the cone further up range (12 yards from the center target). On the buzzer,
The In Extremis T Drill is a dynamic shooting exercise designed to improve your speed, accuracy, and movement under pressure. Starting at a cone 12 yards up range from the center target, the drill begins on the buzzer. First, sprint forward to the shooter's strong side of the center barrel and fire 1 round at the center target. Next, sprint to the outside of the support-side barrel and engage the support-side target with 3 rounds. Then, sprint to the outside of the far barrel and fire 3 rounds at the strong-side target. Finally, sprint back to the center barrel, move around the opposite side, and advance downrange, firing 1 round while moving forward. This drill challenges your ability to transition between targets, manage your movement efficiently, and maintain accuracy while on the move, making it an excellent test of both shooting and physical agility.
