Description

The "Criss Cross" drill is an advanced shooting exercise designed to improve your accuracy and speed when alternating between different target zones. Three targets are placed one yard apart, and the shooter begins at the 7-yard line. Upon the draw, the shooter engages each target in a crisscross pattern—starting with the body of the first target, then the head of the second, continuing with the body and head of the third target, and repeating this sequence across all three targets. This drill is excellent for refining shot placement, rapid target acquisition, and the ability to switch between precise aim points under pressure, making it an ideal addition to any USPSA training regimen.
