Description

The 1-2-R-3 Drill is a dynamic shooting exercise that focuses on refining your target transitions, reload speed, and shot accuracy. This drill involves engaging three targets: firing one shot on the first, two shots on the second, performing a reload, and finishing with three shots on the third target. Typically run at a distance of 5 yards, the drill challenges shooters to transition smoothly between targets while maintaining precision and efficiency throughout the reload.

The 1-2-R-3 Drill is ideal for competitive shooters aiming to improve their stage performance in USPSA or IDPA, as well as for those training for defensive scenarios. It develops critical skills such as quick target acquisition, consistent shot placement, and reliable reloads, all of which are essential for success in high-pressure situations.

Regular practice of the 1-2-R-3 Drill will build your confidence and enhance your overall shooting performance, making it a valuable addition to any training routine.
